Xalient announces technology partnership with protection insurance challenger Guardian.
Xalient, one of the UK's fastest growing unified communications and SD-WAN managed service providers, is delighted to announce its technology partnership with new protection insurance challenger, Guardian.
Piloting from May 2018 in preparation for launch later in the summer, Guardian will focus on five key areas: simplifying and broadening protection definitions; liberating technology; customer fairness; forward-thinking underwriting and more meaningful customer care.
Xalient has been working with Guardian over the past year to design their network, telephony and contact centre environments, which combine to underpin the protection challenger’s ability to communicate effectively with advisers and their clients and deliver the highest quality of customer care. Guardian has followed a “cloud-only” strategy, made possible by being free of legacy, premise-based platforms, providing choice, flexibility and agility.
"Good quality, innovative partners are crucial to us achieving our vision," said Robin Gardner, Chief Technology Officer at Guardian. "Xalient has designed and delivered systems that support our key strategy of giving a better user journey and greater transparency to advisers and their customers. This is a huge step forward for our industry and we believe it will set us apart in the marketplace."
Sherry Vaswani, CEO at Xalient, commented “Guardian’s forward-thinking approach, coupled with a determination to revolutionise customer care, give us the opportunity to create best in class, purpose-built solutions, using modern, cloud-based technologies. We are delighted to be associated with bringing this innovative new business to market and look forward to an ongoing partnership.”
As part of the project, Xalient designed a solution encompassing multiple elements of their portfolio including Unified Communications, Contact Centre, Advanced Network Technologies and Network Transport. Xalient integrated the Genesys Purecloud solution into Guardian’s business processes, CRM and web content platforms to provide communications-enabled business processes that will ensure the highest standards of transparent, efficient customer service. The solution is fully managed by Xalient’s Network Operations Centre as part of its Xalient 365 Managed Services offering.
